Graduated from the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, he went on to hone his procedural skills across various specialities, including General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery and Emergency Medicine, and was conferred the Best Post Graduate award for his commitment to patient care and exemplary work ethics during his NUH General Surgery tenure.
